  1. An excellent quiz (and one I could not answer), but one quibble regarding Question 14. As Steven Doyle discovered, there was, indeed, a Long Island Caves Mystery in the 1890s — not geological caves, but underground bunkers which the press dubbed caves. Following up on Steve’s discovery, I researched local descriptions of the case and even determined the approximate location of one of the caves. I hope to have this material printed in a pamphlet by January.
